Renee Martini Laegreid Art is a fine art business. All photos and paintings are created by Renee Martini Laegreid Art and printed to order commercially.
PAYMENT TERMS
Products remain property of Renee Martini Laegreid Art until the full payment is made. The prices are applicable to the date of purchase. Fees are recognized by the purchaser before confirmation. Major credit cards from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover accepted. All payments are processed through Paypal.
TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
Renee Martini Laegreid Art reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate this Agreement and your access to all or any part of the Services, at any time and for any reason without prior notice or liability. We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Services at any time without prior notice or liability.
Renee Martini Laegreid Art has the right to cancel an order if the item is no longer in stock or the customer does not pay in full.
RETURN POLICY
Because orders are custom printed based on your order we cannot accept returns unless there is an issue with the print or it arrived damaged. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to remedy any issues.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped through USPS Ground Shipping and the cost is included in all the pricing. Artwork is printed to order - these will take about a week to produce and then will be shipped. We know you are excited about getting your order so we will make sure to ship it as soon as possible, and keep you informed as to ship dates and time of arrival.
